The more valid entries you earn, the more chances you have to win. Every valid entry is entered separately into the random draw and has an equal chance of being selected.
By entering the Woman+ Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. The Promoter
The Giveaway is run by Ovapack Limited, trading as Ren / Ren Formulas (“Ren”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

This Giveaway is administered solely by Ren and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta or ClassPass.
2. Promotion Period
The Giveaway opens at 12pm on 27/09/2026 and closes at 12pm on 16/11/2026.
All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.
3. Who Can Enter?
The Giveaway is open to residents aged 18 years or older in:
New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States the EU and Canada.
Employees, contractors and immediate family members of Ren or anyone directly involved in administering the Giveaway may not enter.
The Giveaway is void wherever prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter
There are several ways to earn entries.
Every valid entry you earn is added separately to the final random draw.
You may use one or multiple entry methods.
OPTION 1 — Follow + Share
1 ENTRY
Follow @drinkrenformulas on Instagram and TikTok and share an eligible Ren Giveaway post to your Instagram Story, tagging @drinkrenformulas.
You can earn 1 entry by sharing our giveaway instagram post to your story and tagging us.
Your account must be public when we verify your entry, or you must be able to provide reasonable evidence of your Story if requested.
OPTION 2 — Film Your First Sip
50 ENTRIES
Film your genuine reaction to your first sip of Woman+ and email your video to:
Subject line: FIRST SIP
One valid First Sip video = 50 entries.
Maximum 50 First Sip entries per person.
You do not have to have purchased Woman+ directly from Ren to use this method. The product may have been gifted to you, shared with you, received as a sample or otherwise lawfully obtained.
Submitting your video does not automatically give Ren permission to use it in advertising. If we would like to use your video for marketing, we will request permission separately.
OPTION 3 — Purchase Woman+
1 ENTRY PER BOX
Purchase Woman+ from renformulas.com during the Promotion Period.
Every eligible box purchased earns 1 entry.
For example:
1 box = 1 entry
2 boxes = 20 entries
3 boxes = 30 entries
4 boxes = 40 entries
And so on.
Purchase entries are automatically associated with the email address used at checkout.
If an order is cancelled, refunded, charged back or determined to be fraudulent, the entries associated with that order may be cancelled.
OPTION 4 — Enter for Free
No purchase is necessary to participate.
To enter without purchasing, email:

and the statement:
“Please enter me into the Woman+ Giveaway.”
Each valid free entry earns 1 entry.
You may submit one free entry per day during the Promotion Period.
Free entries are treated exactly the same as all other entries in the random draw.
5. More Entries = More Chances
Every valid entry represents one chance in the final random draw.
This means that someone with 10 valid entries will have 10 entries included in the draw, while someone with 1 valid entry will have 1 entry included.
There is no weighting between entry methods.
One entry is one chance, regardless of how that entry was earned.
The winner is selected randomly from the complete pool of valid entries.
6. The Prize
There will be one winner.
The winner will receive:
ONE YEAR OF CLASSPASS PREMIUM
The prize consists of [125 credits every month] for a period of 12 months.
Approximate prize value: [$3588 NZD].
The prize is subject to ClassPass availability and ClassPass's applicable membership and usage terms.
The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash except where required by law or where Ren needs to substitute a prize of equal or greater value because the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
ClassPass is not a sponsor, administrator or partner of this Giveaway.
7. How the Winner Is Chosen
After the Giveaway closes, all valid entries will be combined into one entry pool.
Each entry will represent one chance in the draw.
The winner will then be selected at random from all valid entries.
The draw will take place on or around:

Ren will use a randomised electronic drawing method to select the winner.
The method used to earn an entry will not affect its treatment in the draw.
8. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address or social-media account associated with their entry.
We expect to contact the winner within 48 hours of the draw.
The potential winner may be asked to provide reasonable proof of:
identity;
age;
country of residence; and
compliance with these Terms.
The winner must respond within 10 days of our first attempt to contact them.
If the selected winner does not respond, cannot be contacted, is not eligible or cannot reasonably verify their entry, they may forfeit the prize.
In that case, another winner may be selected at random from the remaining valid entries.
Ren will never ask a winner to pay a fee to claim their prize.
9. Winner Announcement
Once verified, Ren may announce the winner through our website, email list and social-media channels.
We may publish the winner's first name, surname initial and country or region, subject to applicable privacy laws.
10. Fair Entry
We want everyone participating in the Giveaway to have a fair chance.
Entries generated through bots, automated systems, fake accounts, multiple identities, fraudulent orders or other attempts to manipulate the Giveaway may be removed.
Ren may also request reasonable evidence that an entry meets the requirements described in these Terms.
One person may not create multiple identities or accounts for the purpose of bypassing entry limits.
11. Social Media Entries
Instagram and TikTok entries must comply with the applicable platform's terms.
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, TikTok or Meta.
Questions about the Giveaway should be sent directly to Ren rather than to the social-media platforms.
12. Your First Sip Video
You retain ownership of any video you submit.
By submitting a First Sip video, you give Ren permission to receive, store and review the video for the purpose of verifying and administering your Giveaway entry.
Submitting a video does not automatically give Ren permission to use your face, likeness or video in paid advertising.
If we want to repost or commercially use your content, we will obtain any additional permission required.
You confirm that you have the right to submit any content you send to us.
13. Privacy
Information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the promotion, record entries, verify entrants, select and contact the winner, deliver the prize and prevent fraud.
Entering the Giveaway does not automatically subscribe you to Ren marketing emails unless you separately choose to receive marketing communications.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Ren's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
14. Changes or Cancellation
Ren intends to run the Giveaway exactly as advertised.
If circumstances outside our reasonable control make it impossible to administer the Giveaway fairly or safely, Ren may suspend, modify or cancel the Giveaway where permitted by applicable law.
Ren will not change the rules simply to avoid awarding the advertised prize.
Where applicable law prevents the terms of a promotion from being changed after it begins, those requirements will apply.
15. Technical Problems
Ren is not responsible for entries that cannot be received because of internet outages, social-media platform failures, email delivery problems or other technical circumstances outside our reasonable control.
However, Ren remains responsible for administering the Giveaway fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
16. Taxes
Any tax liability arising from receiving the prize is the responsibility of the winner where applicable.
17. Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory laws applying in an entrant's jurisdiction, those mandatory laws will apply.
